I’m Nthabiseng, the proud founder and user experience designer behind Orange Hills. I’m excited to share our story with you and introduce you to a service that’s close to my heart.
A few months ago, I found myself working in a logistics firm, where I was immersed in the fast-paced world of deliveries and operations. It was a challenging but rewarding experience. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was let go from my position. It was a heart-wrenching moment for me, and I faced uncertainty about my future.
Despite the setback, my time at the logistics company sparked a deep interest in the delivery business. I realized how much I enjoyed the intricacies of ensuring goods reached their destination efficiently and reliably. This newfound passion ignited the idea of starting my own delivery service, and thus, Orange Hills was born in April 2024.
With a background in user experience and user interface design, I have always been passionate about creating exceptional experiences for customers. Orange Hills has given me the perfect platform to combine my love for design with the operational knowledge I gained in logistics. Our mission is simple yet impactful: to provide convenient, high-quality water delivery services that prioritizes health and sustainability.
Currently, Orange Hills operates in the Benoni area, where we bring fresh, pure water from trusted local purification stores directly to our customers’ doorsteps. Our service is designed to be flexible, providing next day deliveries. We also encourage the use of our water refill service to help reduce plastic waste, making it easier for everyone to contribute to a healthier planet.
As we continue to grow, we are planning to expand our operations to other geographical areas to meet the increasing demand. Our goal is to ensure that more communities have access to our reliable water delivery service, enhancing their daily lives with convenience and peace of mind.
